Statement on the Passing of Denise Short Smith

Van released the following statement this morning on the passing of Denise Short Smith.

"Anne and I join the entire campaign team to mourn the loss of Denise Short Smith.  We can hardly believe that she is gone.  She was so full of energy, so happy, so eager to share, and she leaves all who knew her with sadness at her passing.  Our thoughts and prayers are with this godly woman and her family.  She is in a better place, but we still wish she was here.  We will always remember her."
